Job summary

Medlivo is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment in San Luis Obispo, California. The role covers adult transthoracic echocardiography, Doppler imaging, and stress echo support in a hospital setting with 40 hours per week.

Requirements include RDCS/ARDMS or RCS credentials, BLS, and a minimum of 2 years' echo experience in acute care. Cerner charting is used; compensation details and travel stipend are to be determined.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Echocardiography experience
• Ability to independently perform adult transthoracic echocardiograms
• Acute care/hospital setting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform adult transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE)
• Obtain high-quality cardiac ultrasound images
• Perform Doppler, color flow, and M-mode imaging
• Assist physicians with stress echoes and TEEs as needed
• Document findings and ensure patient safety
