Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking an Automotive Business Consultant to build relationships with automotive dealerships and improve efficiency and profitability across various functions. The role involves extensive travel with overnight stays and ongoing service opportunities after project completion.

Training lasts about 90 days with a base salary of $60,000–$63,000 and eligibility for quarterly bonuses after training. Total targeted income after training is $80,000+ per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive dealership experience (Office Manager, controller, and AP/AR Accounting Representative).
• Must be willing to travel extensively with overnight stays up to 5 nights per week.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with clean record in last 3–5 years.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds accounting software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with customers and help their businesses become more efficient, effective, and profitable.
• Identify trouble areas within the dealership and apply consulting programs and industry knowledge to solve them.
• Follow up with customers after projects to maintain relationships and provide ongoing support and problem resolution.
