Manager Interviews
unit: dIALYSIS (IN CLINIC)

Certs Required: BLS.

Experience Required: 1 year, will prefer more will depend on interview/skillset. Experience with hemodialysis.

no floating. no first time travelers.

Patient Types: Chronic ESRD outpatients.

Patient Ratios: fully staffed 2 RN’s – could assist in tech capacity as needed

Orientation:
Will orient to the unit & our practice – should have knowledge of hemodialysis.

Scheduling:
Weekend rotation: Every other Saturday
On call? No Call required
Holiday Expectations: Closed on Thanksgiving & Christmas. We work all other holidays.
Approval of time off? Manager approval required; (not participating in CIS)
Shift times:
0515 – 1600
0700 - 1730
Schedule cycle: Varies through the week, but every other Saturday

Other notes:
Scrub Color: any color; must be professional
Parking: Parking lot in the back of unit
Teamwork is key, as this unit is small and everyone is expected to assist where needed
