Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Dialysis for a travel nursing job in Fargo, North Dakota. This role focuses on outpatient dialysis care within a 32-station unit and involves pre-, intra-, and post-treatment assessments.

The assignment requires an active RN license (state or compact), BLS, and at least 3 years of dialysis experience, with EPIC proficiency and preferred CNN/CDN certification. 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, travel. Orientation provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state or compact license recognized by North Dakota.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 3 years of dialysis nursing experience; 2.5+ years of recent dialysis nursing is required.
• Proficiency in performing dialysis treatments.
• Experience with EPIC EHR system.

Responsibilities

• Provide dialysis care in an outpatient dialysis unit.
• Conduct pre-, intra-, and post-treatment assessments for dialysis patients.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Manage care for multiple patients per shift with float/charge nurse support.
• Follow unit policies and ensure safety and infection control standards.
