Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of travel experience is required.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required.
• Flu vaccination required for submission.
• Primary Source Verification of licensure/certification is required.
• BLS and RDMS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform US retroperitoneal, abdomen limited, echo transrectal, scrotal, sono pelvis limited, prostate bx with provider.
• Floating to additional units and locations as needed.
• Adhere to shift times: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and No call requirement.
• Maintain required pre-employment modules and documentation.
