Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from a U.S. dental school.
• State license and regional boards.
• 2 years of experience in high-volume general and cosmetic dentistry.
• Eligible to practice dentistry in the local state.
• Clear, energetic and professional communication in English.
• Engaging and social disposition.
• Clean and professional appearance and grooming.
• Adaptability and openness to new dentistry tech and approaches.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience operating your own practice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Flexible availability 8am-5:30pm Tue–Thu across Irving, Grapevine and North Arlington locations.
• Embed and exemplify MINT dentistry values of Love, Generosity and Perfection in all work and relationships.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance aligned with the brand aesthetics.
• Support veteran Dentists in clinical operations and learn MINT practices.
• Deliver quality, compassionate dental care to every patient.
• Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment, including exams, cleanings, fillings, and limited procedures as lead dentist dictates.
• Educate patients and parents about oral health maintenance.
• Communicate treatment plans and products using MINT scripts.
• Prescribe medications as necessary and document all care.
