Job summary

Cross Country Nurses in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a CVOR Technologist for a travel assignment. Open heart and cardiac surgery coverage with rotating shifts. 12-hour evenings, total minimum 36 hours per week across multiple cases.

The role requires NCCT or NBSTSA certification, 2+ years CVOR within 3 years, and 1 year Level 1 Trauma experience. Travel experience is preferred; no scrubbing required.

Qualifications

• Requires NCCT or NBSTSA certification.
• Minimum 2 years CVOR experience within last 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year Level 1 Trauma experience within last 3 years.
• Recent travel experience of at least 1 year.
• Scrub role not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for cardiovascular operating room cases.
• Handle rotating 12-hour shifts including evenings.
• Maintain high standard of patient care in a high-acuity environment.
• Respond to call as scheduled; prepare for open heart procedures.
