Job summary

Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel CVOR Technologist in Salem, VA, to join a two-OR open heart unit on a 13-week assignment. The role covers 40 hours per week, dayshift, with on-site duties and travel compensation.

The ideal candidate holds ACLS and BLS certifications and has scrub experience in cardiovascular procedures. Flexibility for weekend/holiday calls and float rotations is expected as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Must have ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Scrubbing experience with cardiovascular procedures is preferred.
• Experience in OR/CVOR settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized cardiac surgery nursing services in a fast-paced OR environment.
• Support Open Heart procedures and ensure patient safety and optimal care.
• Collaborate with surgical and perfusion teams to coordinate care.
• Participate in on-call coverage as required.
