Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is actively seeking a CVOR Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The role offers a dynamic setting with 40 hours per week, day shifts, and competitive compensation for travel professionals.

You will join a dedicated clinical team, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency across cardiovascular surgeries while maintaining sterile environments and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CVOR surgical tech.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up the operating room prior to surgical procedures.
• Stock surgical supplies and inspect equipment for proper function.
• Assist in transporting patients to and from surgery as required.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to deliver coordinated care.
• Anticipate surgeon’s needs and pass instruments to maintain procedural flow.
• Handle specimens with precision to preserve diagnostic integrity.
