Cross Country Nurses in Boston, MA is seeking a Travel CVOR Technologist to support open heart surgeries in a high-volume OR. The role involves scrubbing and assisting in cardiac and vascular procedures, with a 10-hour days schedule and 40 hours per week during a 13-week assignment.

Candidates must have 2+ years of cardiac surgery experience, including transplant, robotics, and thoracic cases; certifications and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Cardiac surgery and transplant experience required.
• Experience with vascular, thoracic and robotics procedures preferred.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Location: no local travelers within 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Scrub cardiac and vascular surgeries.
• Assist with valve replacements and robotic procedures.
• Provide patient care before, during and after procedures.
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols.
