Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a CVOR Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Carbondale, IL. Work with multidisciplinary teams in a cardiovascular OR, scrub and circulate on procedures, and contribute expert perioperative care while enjoying travel stipends and comprehensive benefits.

Ideal candidates hold RN licensure, at least one year CVOR experience, and current BLS/ACLS certifications, with strong communication and teamwork skills for high-paced surgical environments.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum one year of CVOR nursing experience.
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced surgical environments.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate for cardiovascular operating room procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation throughout the perioperative process.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow RNs.
• Uphold infection control and patient safety standards.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.
