Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Kearney, Nebraska. The role involves circulating in cardiac surgery procedures such as CABG, valve repair or replacement, TAVRs, and aortic root surgeries in an acute care setting.

Schedule is 4 x 10-hour days with call, generally totaling 40 hours per week, with 10-15 days of call per month, including weekends. Orientation typically one week; hospital has 7 ORs including CVOR and a hybrid lab.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of operating room experience including CVOR.
• Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Circulate in cardiac surgery procedures (CABG, valve repair/replacement, TAVR, aortic root surgeries).
• Provide high-quality patient care in a busy OR setting.
• Float to other specialties as needed based on skill and department needs.
