Job summary

Soliant is seeking an experienced CVOR RN for a travel assignment in Arlington, TN. The role requires an active RN license in TN or compact licensure, plus a minimum of 2 years’ CVOR experience.

You will work in a Cardiovascular Operating Room, assisting surgeons and anesthesiologists, and you will circulate and scrub as needed while upholding sterile techniques and patient safety. Competitive weekly pay and travel benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in TN or compact licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years’ CVOR experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Proficient in assisting with cardiovascular procedures, scrubbing, and circulating.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care pre-, intra-, and post-operatively in the CVOR.
• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during complex cardiac and vascular surgeries.
• Circulate and scrub as assigned for CVOR cases.
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and patient safety protocols.
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Support patient and family education throughout the surgical experience.
