Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain proficiency in Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic procedures.
• Prepare the OR for the patient and procedure.
• Assemble equipment and implants for the case.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perfusionists.
• Position patients safely and drape for exposure.
• Adhere to Universal Protocol and timeout procedures.
• Provide post-surgical care coordination and handoff.
