Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a CVOR RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Houston, TX. Start date 11/02/2026, 40 hours weekly, 8-hour day shifts. Travel position with comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Requirements include one year CVOR RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS. Preferred ACLS and other certifications may be required. You’ll join a dedicated clinical team supporting patient care throughout surgical procedures.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CVOR RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proficiency in Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic procedures.
• Prepare the operating room and assemble equipment.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and team.
• Position patients safely and ensure sterile supplies.
• Follow Universal Protocol and document care.
• Coordinate post-surgical patient handoff and care.
