Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a CVOR RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Kearney, NE. You will operate in a dynamic surgical setting, coordinating with the team to optimize patient outcomes and maintain sterile, prepared environments. Applicants should have 1 year CVOR experience and an active RN license, with BLS on file.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CVOR RN is required.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations is required.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification is required.
• ACLS certification is preferred; other certifications may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care during CVOR procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure patient safety.
• Prepare the cardiovascular operating room and assemble equipment and implants.
• Ensure patient safety through Universal Protocol and accurate patient handoff.
