Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a Springfield, Ohio assignment. Start date 11/02/2026, duration 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, travel role.

As a CVICU RN, you will provide acute care to post-surgery patients, monitor vitals, and coordinate with physicians and families while on assignment. Eligible candidates have an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 18 months CVICU experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS Certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care CVICU setting

Responsibilities

• Administer care for patients following open-heart surgery.
• Responsible for the treatment and care of heart transplant patients.
• Educate the patient’s family on the ongoing needs and care of the patient.
