MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CVICU Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Evansville, Indiana. You will provide bedside care in the CVICU, coordinate with physicians, and support families while on assignment.

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Degree from an accredited nursing program
BLS and ACLS certifications are required
Eighteen months of recent CVICU acute-care experience

Responsibilities

Administer care for CVICU patients including post-open heart surgery
Monitor vital signs and notify physicians of changes in condition
Educate patients' families on ongoing needs and care
Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
