TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse CVICU RN for a travel nursing job in Peoria, Illinois.

The assignment runs for 13 weeks with 36 hours per week, on a 12-hour night shift, and a travel employment type. Start date is 10/26/2026, and the right candidate will have 1-2 years of acute care experience, BLS and ACLS certifications. A tax-free stipend is noted, with pay packaged based on shifts and hours.

Formación

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 1–2 years of acute care experience in CVICU or similar units.

Responsabilidades

• Provide critical CVICU care for patients with serious heart conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate care with the team.
• Assist with hemodynamic monitoring and IV protocols.
• Respond to emergencies and support CPR when needed.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care.
