The unit comprises 16 beds with a 2:1 patient RN ratio and Meditech EMR. Strong critical care and ventilator management skills are essential, with preference for CRRT/Impella experience and BSN/CCRN credentials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of critical care experience (adult ICU/CVICU/Neuro ICU).
• Ventilator experience and management of Art lines, Central lines, chest tubes.

Responsibilities

• Hemodynamic monitoring and critical care procedures.
• Respond to patient status changes and support collaborative care teams.
