Job summary

Role & Responsibilities:

Provide critical care to ICU patients by assessing, monitoring, and responding to patient needs. Operate advanced life-support equipment, administer complex treatments, and interpret hemodynamic data. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate documentation, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Educate patients and families, adhere to infection control protocols, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and perform assigned duties within scope.

Qualifications & Skills:

Requires at least one year of recent CVICU RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred certifications include CCRN, TNCC, and NIHSS. Must possess critical thinking, excellent communication, physical ability to perform required tasks, and proficiency in technical and motor skills. Ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and demonstrate professionalism and interpersonal skills.
