The Radiology Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging examinations and provide patient care per department policies, in a fast-paced setting. This travel assignment runs for 13 weeks, starting 10/26/2026, with 40 hours per week and a 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM shift, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CT/XR training program completed.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography.
• ARRT (CT) and ARRT (XR) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic examinations of all body parts for diagnostic interpretation.
• Exercise professional judgment in the performance of procedures while applying principles of radiation protection.
• Maintain accurate patient records and files.
• Participate in the departmental quality assurance program.
• Pursue continuing education opportunities.
• Assist in the transfer of patients to and from the radiology department.
• Rotate shifts as required and perform ancillary duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures established by administration.
• Maintain personal hygiene and upkeep of the department.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in stressful situations.
• Be available to take calls and report to work within 20 minutes when necessary.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Description

The Radiology Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations and providing appropriate care for patients within the assigned unit. The individual must demonstrate knowledge in the age-appropriate care of patients and the principles of growth and development throughout the lifespan. This role requires the ability to assess patient data, interpret information, and provide care as per department policies and procedures.
