The ideal candidate will have ARRT RT certification, CA licensure, and an Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology, with CT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced CT certification in OR and HI; preferred in CA.
• BLS certification required.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist who will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical skills and demonstrate a commitment to patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic examinations and procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures.
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions to appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to regulatory and safety standards in accordance with facility protocols.
• Provide clear instructions to patients regarding imaging procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT) required.
• Radiologic Technologist (RT) certification in the state of practice required; specifically in California.
• Advanced Certification in CT required in Oregon and Hawaii; preferred in California.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy required.
• Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment required in California, if operating fluoroscopy equipment.
• Venipuncture certification required in California if performing venipuncture to administer contrast materials.

Work Schedule

• Variable shifts available, including start times at 6:30 AM, 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:30 PM, 2:30 PM, 3:00 PM, 10:00 PM, and 11:00 PM.
