Description

American Traveler is hiring a Dual-Modality Radiology Technologist (X-Ray/CT) with 2+ years of radiology experience and ARRT(CT) certification to support outpatient and inpatient imaging services.

Details

• Urgent care clinic setting supporting outpatient and inpatient imaging
• Performs both CT and X-Ray/fluoroscopic exams and procedures
• 8 on 6 off schedule, 08:00-18:00
• Variable schedule that may include weekends and after-hours shifts
• On-call responsibilities may be required

Requirements

• Current BLS certification
• ARRT(CT) advanced certification required
• Montana Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of previous radiology experience
• Graduate of a CAHEA-accredited Radiology program or equivalent, with documented competencies in Radiology and CT
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach above shoulder level repeatedly throughout shifts

Additional Information

• Independently performs CT and X-Ray procedures with limited supervision to produce images for practitioner interpretation
• Assists medical staff in other departments during exams and procedures as needed
• Completes documentation for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams
• Retrieves written orders and health information to ensure timely completion and reporting of exams
• Works in a busy, fast-paced clinical environment requiring sound judgment and professionalism
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, radiation, chemicals, and infectious diseases is part of the role
• Candidates must live at least 90 miles from the facility to be considered
