Job summary

Medasource is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 16-week assignment in Richmond, VA. The role requires ARRT-CT certification, Virginia Radiologic Technologist license, BLS, and experience with GE CT scanners.

The position offers a 36-hour workweek with weekend days, 12-hour shifts, and a 50+ mile residency requirement for eligibility. Start date 09/28/2026 and contract end 01/16/2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of CT experience.
• Two years of overall radiology experience preferred.
• ARRT-CT certification.
• Active Virginia Radiologic Technologist license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Detailed knowledge of CT procedures.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations according to established protocols.
• Gather, organize, verify, and analyze patient imaging data.
• Complete multi-step CT procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Position patients and select appropriate technical factors.
• Operate GE CT equipment.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
• Review images for quality and diagnostic accuracy.
• Document procedures accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff.
