Zusammenfassung

TotalMed Allied in Tacoma, WA seeks a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting 11/30/2026. The role is travel-based, 40 hours per week, with 10-hour day shifts. Must have ARRT CT, BLS, and 1 year of experience.

You will operate CT equipment, prepare patients, and ensure high-quality images for physicians. Includes safety procedures, PACS use, and staying compliant with licensure requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 1 year of experience.
• Must have BLS, ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography, and state-specific licensing when required.

Aufgaben

• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain imaging procedures to patients.
• Correctly interpret doctors' written instructions.
• Position patients to scan specific areas of their bodies.
• Use CT equipment to capture diagnostic images of internal organs and tissues.
• Administer radiocontrast agents to patients.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality.
• Follow safety procedures when working with radiation.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Understand and use the McKesson PACS system.
