Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification is required.
• Minimum of one year recent CT imaging experience.
• Proficiency operating CT scanners and related imaging equipment.
• Knowledge of safety standards in radiology and radiation protection.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to optimize patient care.
• Accurately document patient information and maintain imaging records.
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and report malfunctions.
• Participate in department quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
