Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Jacksonville, FL. This travel position requires 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift, with duties including operation of CT equipment and image delivery to physicians.

Candidates must have 1 year of CT experience, current BLS and ARRT (CT) certification with CT registration, and any required state licensing. Familiarity with PACS is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CT experience required.
• BLS and ARRT (CT) certification with CT registration required; state licenses as applicable.
• Additional certifications may be required before assignment.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients, explain procedures, and provide reassurance.
• Interpret doctors' instructions and position patients.
• Capture CT images with proper technique.
• Administer radiocontrast agents.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure safety with radiation.
• Maintain patient records and use PACS.
