Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Port Huron, Michigan. The role offers a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week and night shifts, with NOC shifts available.

Requirements include ARRT certification, BLS (ACLS preferred), and 1–2 years of radiologic technologist experience. Benefits and support are provided by SHC for travel professionals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
