Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Beckley, West Virginia. The role requires 18 months of CT tech experience and ARRT/ASRT certification, with licensure per state requirements. Expect 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts over 13 weeks, in a traveling capacity.

The position involves operating CT equipment, patient positioning, contrast administration support, and collaboration with radiologists to deliver high-quality imaging results.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech.
• Must hold ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification.
• Most states require licensure to practice CT imaging.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis.
• Position patients and set up immobilization and protective measures.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures and contrast administration.
• Schedule patients and handle clerical tasks related to procedures.
• Ensure image quality and proper labeling for patient records.
