Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Salinas, CA. The role requires 1 year of CT experience, a valid radiology license, and BLS certification.

The position offers 40 hours per week, nights shift, and travel benefits. As a CT Tech, you will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, and ensure image quality for radiologist interpretation while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT Technologist experience.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare and position patients; explain imaging process.
• Set technical parameters to optimize anatomy and pathology visualization.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment.
