Job summary

Mobile Health Team Inc. seeks an experienced Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Lansing, MI. Nights 2030-0700, 7 on/7 off, start 12/7/2026.

Requirements include ARRT(CT) and BLS, with a minimum of 2 years CT experience. Weekly pay combines $40 hourly and a $1,246 non-taxed stipend; weekend rotation every other weekend.

Experience with Cerner EMR and strict safety standards is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CT tech experience.
• ARRT(CT) certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize daily workflow.
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and participates in all computerized tomography scanning procedures. Sets up, monitors and operates complex computerized equipment for diagnostic purposes.
• Sets up and monitors computer operation of CT equipment per patient. Transfers and positions patients utilizing safe lifting techniques and immobilization devices.
• Provides required patient identification and obtains pertinent medical history.
• Properly prepares and injects contrast media intravenously as needed for examinations.
• Makes and develops images for permanent file of each patient; records studies.
• Organizes daily patient schedule in cooperation with work-room technician.
• Maintains image quality and follows calibration and quality control protocols.
• Responsible for electronic/digital image capture, storage, transfer, and copy.
• Monitors patients for allergic reactions and assists with emergencies including CPR.
• Maintains safety standards per Michigan Department of Public Health.
• Maintains cleanliness and inventory; mentors new personnel.
• Assists Radiologists and other physicians in specialized procedures.
• Reviews patient history to aid Radiologist in diagnosis; maintains regulatory compliance.
