Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Sidney, Montana. This role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour night shifts, and the opportunity to work in a partnering hospital.

Responsibilities include operating CT equipment, ensuring patient safety, and preparing scans. Requires ARRT Radiography, license, BLS; CT certification preferred. Travel contract with weekly pay between $2,128 and $2,303.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
