MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Temecula, California. This travel role requires 18 months of CT Tech experience, ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification, and California licensure where required. Expect 40 hours weekly with a 10-hour night shift.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech.
• Must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified.
• Most states require licensure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment.
• Set controls and monitor equipment and patient, making adjustments as needed.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures and contrast administration.
• Dispense oral contrast for CT scans as required.
• Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label images.
• Schedule patients for procedures and perform some clerical tasks.
• Charge procedures and supplies to patient records.
