Job summary

Jackson HealthPros in Mount Clemens, MI seeks an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to join our hospital imaging team. You will follow physician instructions, manage IV contrast per protocol, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic studies while ensuring patient safety and high image quality.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years CT experience, ARRT and BLS certification, and familiarity with Philips CT systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CT experience.
• Experience with Philips CT equipment.
• ARRT certification.
• BLS certification.
• Experience IV contrast administration and patient monitoring for allergic reactions.
• Experience in hospital imaging environments or health system settings.
• Traveler experience preferred.
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program (JRCERT or equivalent preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CT scanning procedures and operate CT equipment for diagnostic purposes.
• Position patients using safe lifting techniques and obtain allergy/medical history.
• Inject contrast media per radiologist protocol and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Perform image capture, calibration, quality control, and equipment checks.
• Maintain image storage and department cleanliness and inventory; participate in quality improvement activities.
