Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. The position requires a CT Technologist with 1 year of experience, ARRT (CT) certification, and BLS, with potential state licensing as needed.

The role involves 12-hour night shifts and a 36-hour work week. The CT Tech will operate CT equipment, position patients, administer contrast as needed, and ensure image quality for physician interpretation, while adhering to safety and record-keeping

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of CT experience.
• Must have BLS and ARRT CT certification with registration.
• State-specific licensing may be required where applicable.
• CT Tech responsibilities include preparation of patients and imaging procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate computed tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Position patients to scan specific anatomical areas.
• Explain procedures and provide reassurance to patients.
• Administer contrast agents as required.
• Review imaging requests and ensure image quality.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow radiation safety procedures.
