Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week contract in Springfield, Missouri. The role involves 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts at a partnering hospital. Requires ARRT certification and CT imaging experience, with an ASAP start.

Compensation is weekly, with full benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k). SHC offers ongoing professional support and a robust referral program.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT (R) certification; CT certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

Responsibilities

• Using CT equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans for technical quality
