Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Kirkland, WA. The CT Tech will perform computed tomography imaging, ensure accuracy, and support physicians with high-quality scans.

1 year of CT experience and ARRT (CT) certification with BLS are required; state licensure as needed is also expected. Responsibilities include proper patient preparation, safe use of contrast, patient positioning, image quality evaluation, and record-keeping.

• ARRT (CT) certification and BLS required.
• State licensure as needed.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and explain procedures to patients.
• Interpret doctors' instructions for imaging.
• Position patients for scans to target anatomy.
• Operate CT equipment to acquire diagnostic images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents when needed.
• Evaluate image quality for technical adequacy.
• Maintain patient records and follow radiation safety.
• Familiar with McKesson PACS system.
