Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift role, requiring 2+ years of CT experience and ARRT(CT) certification. The position involves work in a Level I/II trauma teaching hospital, with 3x12 night shifts and weekend coverage.

Candidate must have ARRT(CT) and BLS, active license, and be willing to travel. Housing and licensure reimbursements are provided, along with other benefits.

Qualifications

• ARRT(CT) certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• License required if applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years of CT experience required.
• Teaching hospital, community hospital, and Level I/II trauma experience preferred.
• Prior travel experience required.
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration.
• No background or license actions within the past 12 months.
• Active state or compact license required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• CT Scan department in an adult and pediatric acute care setting.
• Night shift, 3x12 hours, Friday-Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• Weekends and holidays required.
• Floating within hospital or affiliated campuses based on staffing needs.
• Uses GE, Philips, and Siemens CT equipment and PACS system.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Level III Trauma Center and teaching hospital with 733 staffed beds.
• Short-term acute care facility.
• Maximum of 4 days RTO permitted, with manager's discretion applying beyond standard policy.
• Only one major holiday may be requested off.
• Former employees must be separated from the facility for at least one year before returning as a traveler.
• Radiology positions are exempt from standard extension limits.
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the main campus are not eligible for this position.
• Pending licenses are not accepted.
