Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in South Weymouth, MA. The CT Tech will perform CT imaging with accuracy, preparing patients and ensuring quality results for physician review.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of CT experience, ARRT (CT) and BLS certifications, and a strong knowledge of anatomy and safety. Travel role requires 10-hour nights, 40 hours per week, with stipend details subject to assignment.

Qualifications

• CT Tech with 1 year of CT experience required.
• ARRT (CT) certification and BLS are required.
• State licensing may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identity and review imaging requests.
• Interpret doctors' instructions for imaging.
• Position patients for scans and operate CT equipment.
• Acquire diagnostic CT images of organs and tissues.
• Administer radiocontrast agents as needed.
• Evaluate image quality and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use PACS.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols.
