Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Sylva, North Carolina. The role runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week and a night shift schedule. Employment is travel-based through MedPro, a Joint Commission-certified staffing agency.

Requirements include completion of a two-year radiologic technology program, ARRT registry, and state radiology registration. Travel benefits and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Two years of X-Ray Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Prep patient for diagnostic imaging exam.
• Produce x-ray films of body parts for diagnosis.
• Instruct patients to achieve accurate imaging positions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe, patient-focused environment and promote safety initiatives.
