Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Haskell, Texas. The role requires 1 year of CT experience, BLS and ARRT CT certification, and state licensing as needed. You will work 12-hour nights for a 13-week duration, with a 36-hour work week, and travel compensation.

Responsibilities include operating CT equipment, acquiring quality images, assisting physicians, and maintaining patient records. Strong knowledge of anatomy and radiation safety is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year CT experience required.
• BLS and ARRT CT certification required; state license where required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment and acquire diagnostic images.
• Prepare patients and ensure safety procedures for radiation.
• Interpret doctors' instructions and position patients for scans.
• Administer radiocontrast agents and ensure image quality.
• Maintain patient records and use the PACS system.
