Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Tuba City, AZ. The CT Tech will operate CT equipment, position patients, and ensure high-quality images for physician interpretation. Must have ARRT CT, BLS, and state licensing as applicable.

The role requires 1 year of CT experience, night shifts, and a 13-week duration with 36 hours per week. Travel staffing environment and tax-free stipend details may apply.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CT experience required.
• BLS, ARRT CT certification and state licensing when required.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Position patients to scan requested regions accurately.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent.
• Administer radiocontrast agents as required.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure proper documentation.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and maintain records.
• Utilize McKesson PACS to transfer images.
