Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Sidney, MT. The position runs for 13 weeks with a 36-hour work week and night shifts. The CT Tech must have at least 1 year of experience, ARRT CT certification with active registration, BLS, and any required state licensing.

The role includes patient care, imaging procedures, safety compliance, and PACS usage. Compensation is discussed as a tax-free stipend with details to be determined.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience in CT technology.
• BLS, ARRT (CT) certification with registration; state licensing where required.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and explain procedures to patients.
• Interpret doctors' instructions correctly and position patients for scanning.
• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images of internal organs.
• Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance visibility.
• Evaluate scans for technical quality and safety with radiation precautions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use McKesson PACS system.
