Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Nashville, TN. The role is 13 weeks long, with a 36-hour work week and 12-hour shifts, requiring 1 year of CT experience and ARRT (CT) certification with BLS and licensure where required.

You will operate CT equipment, ensure image quality, and support physicians with accurate scans. Responsibilities include patient preparation, performing scans, administering contrast when indicated, maintaining records, and adhering to safety

Qualifications

• 1 year CT experience
• ARRT (CT) certification and BLS
• State licensure where required

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and explain imaging procedures to patients
• Position patients to scan specific areas of their bodies
• Use CT equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance visibility
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality
• Follow radiation safety procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and use PACS
