Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 14-week assignment in Lexington, Kentucky. The CT Tech will work 40 hours per week, with 8-hour days, performing CT imaging, contrast administration, and patient care in a travel capacity.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of CT experience, ARRT (CT) certification with registration, BLS, and state licensing as applicable. The role involves on-site work at Lexington, KY facilities and may include a tax-free stipend.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience.
• ARRT (CT), BLS, and CT certification with registration; state licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients and explain imaging procedures to patients.
• Position patients to scan targeted body areas.
• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures when handling radiation and maintain patient records.
• Familiar with McKesson PACS for image management.
