Newsandtribune is seeking an experienced Computed Tomography Imaging Technologist (CT Tech) for an immediate travel assignment in High Point, North Carolina. This role offers a competitive pay and benefits package with the stability of an established staffing agency.

Responsibilities include operating CT equipment, preparing patients, and assisting physicians with image interpretation. Travel placements typically occur in hospital settings, with opportunities to work in Magnet or teaching

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent experience in this setting.
• Valid professional license or registration if required by this state
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through AHA recommended and may be required
• Valid ARRT or ARDMS Credentials per your discipline
• Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required
• Professional References

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to create diagnostic images and prepare patients for procedures.
• Assist physician in reading images and analyzing the patient’s condition.
• Most travel CT Tech positions are on hospital premises.
