Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a contract in Hilo, Hawaii. This 13-week travel opportunity features a 40-hour work week with a 10-hour shift and flexible scheduling.

As a CT Technologist you will operate CT equipment, prepare patients, administer contrast as needed, and support radiologists. ARRT CT or ASRT certification and 18 months CT experience are required, with licensure as applicable.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months CT Tech experience in a healthcare setting.
• ARRT CT or ASRT certification required.
• State licensure as required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment.
• Set CT controls and monitor patient and equipment; make adjustments as needed.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures and contrast administration.
• Evaluate CT scans for quality and label images correctly.
• Schedule patients and assist with clerical tasks.
• Load and operate power injections for contrast media.
