Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with GE CT experience to join a hospital CT department in Ogden, Utah. This night-shift position covers 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a 13-week assignment in the CAT Scan unit and outpatient imaging. Travel experience welcomed; strong diagnostic imaging skills are essential.

You will operate multiple GE CT scanners and work with Meditech and GE PACS in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. ARRT CT and BLS are required; license may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience.
• ARRT CT certification and BLS required.
• License required if applicable.
• GE CT scanner experience required.
• Must be able to provide diagnostic X-ray.
• Strong IV skills, pediatric imaging experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic imaging skills required.

Responsibilities

• Hospital setting in the CAT Scan department of a 223-bed facility.
• Unit staffed with CT techs across day and night shifts for hospital, FSER, and outpatient imaging.
• Uses GE CT scanners including two 128-slice, one 64-slice, and one 16-slice units.
• EMR systems include Meditech and GE PACS.
• Mixed night shift schedule, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, including weekends.
• 13-week assignment length.
• Perform a variety of CT procedures including CTAs head to toe, calcium scoring, stroke work ups, low dose lung scans, and pulmonary studies.
• Works well independently and as part of a team, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Required uniform color is black scrubs.
• First-time travelers will be considered for this role.
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position.
