Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. The role requires 1 year of CT experience, BLS, ARRT CT certification with registration, and state licensing as applicable.

The preferred candidate will work 40 hours per week on days, with a 12-week duration and travel requirements. Immediate start is anticipated with a tax-free stipend and pay package to be determined.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of CT experience.
• BLS certification and ARRT (CT) national certification with registration in CT.
• State-specific licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain imaging procedures to patients.
• Interpret doctors' written instructions.
• Position patients for scan procedures.
• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance visibility.
• Evaluate CT quality of scans.
• Follow radiation safety procedures.
• Maintain patient records.
• Understand and use the McKesson PACS system.
